On Monday, April 11, 2022.  Cambodia Securities Plc. and CEO Master Club Investment Plc. signed a Memorandum of Understanding for the main purpose of promoting cooperation between the two companies to raise awareness of investment and fundraising options for members and business partners of both companies.

Cambodia Securities Plc. is a fully-licensed securities firm obtaining an Underwriting license from the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia. CEO Master Club Investment Plc. is a fund management company and a repurchase or repayment company licensed by the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia to raise public capital to invest in the potential SMEs in Cambodia.

On the occasion, Ms. Buth Kerady, Director and CEO of Cambodia Securities Plc. and Mr. Sean Thorninn, CEO of CEO Masters Club Investment Plc. signed a Memorandum of Understanding at the Cheng Fung Tower at Cambodia Securities Plc’s head office.

In addition, the two firms also committed to

(1) increase the recognition of both companies to local and international investors, and

(2) organize workshops and training programs for potential business owners and the general public about the benefits of fundraising and investments through Cambodia Capital Market.

(3) establish a business relationship between local SMEs and international strategic partners in China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

Ms. Buth Kerady and Mr. Sean Thorninn also stated that the signing of this Memorandum of Understanding will be a solid foundation for the cooperation between the two companies, and also contribute to the development of the Securities sector.
