He has managed and overseen numerous investment, M&A, and wealth management projects, accumulating extensive financial management and investment experience. During his tenure as General Manager of Ching Feng Home Fashions, a globally renowned curtain manufacturer, he successfully transformed the company's business and production models, achieving a record high stock price. Under his leadership, Titan Stone Group, one of Cambodia's leading enterprises, has successfully expanded its business and diversified into real estate, insurance, restaurant chains, special economic zones, and other ventures.

He served as a Personal Assistant to the President at the Association of Chinese Investors in Cambodia, showcasing administrative skills and a deep understanding of Cambodia's business landscape. His journey evolved further when he became Managing Director at KIRI PINE LAND, where his leadership acumen contributed to the organization's growth and success through expert management and strategic direction.
