[Disclosure] Notification on Transfer of Equity Securities of PPWSA to Current and Former Directors-Employees (39 Persons) PPWSA (The Second Transfer) (Unofficial Translation)

Phnom Penh Water Supply Authority (PPWSA) would like to announce to investors and the public that PPWSA has completed its internal procedures for 39 Current and Former Directors-Employees. Starting from October 22, 2026, a total of 200,388 shares will be transferred from PPWSA’s temporary account directly into the individual trading accounts of these 39 individuals.

For the remaining 100 Former Directors-Employees (holding a total of 316,938 shares) who have retired, passed away, left the PPWSA, or are currently unreachable, PPWSA is actively working on a solution. PPWSA is reaching out to provide detailed information to these Former Directors-Employees, their spouses, or their families. PPWSA invites them to discuss the next steps to ensure their interests are protected to the best of PPWSA's ability.
