On October 21st , the Cambodia Securities Plc team, led by CEO Mrs. Buth Kerady, visited the Hunan General Chamber of Commerce (HGCC) in Cambodia. They received a warm welcome from the chamber leaders, including President Li Xinhua, Executive Vice President Liu Yunhua, Executive Vice President Zhang Wenfeng, Vice President Yang Zhenhua, Secretary-General Zhang Hua, and Executive Vice President and Deputy Secretary-General Zhang Zhongqiu.

The two sides held discussions on several topics, including the development of Cambodia's capital market, how Chinese enterprises can seize opportunities in Cambodia's capital market, conditions for company listings, and compliant business operations in Cambodia.

Mr. Li Xinhua, President of the HGCC in Cambodia, first introduced the chamber's background and development history to Cambodia Securities Plc. He mentioned that since its establishment in 2013, the chamber has grown to have over 160 member enterprises across various fields, including manufacturing, construction, mining, agriculture, forestry, hydropower, IT, tourism and hospitality, trade and logistics, and media and advertising.

He expressed hope that in the future, the HGCC in Cambodia can collaborate with Cambodia Securities Plc to help member companies better understand local policies and capital market opportunities, effectively promoting more Chinese enterprises to establish themselves in Cambodia, and providing them with more financing opportunities through listing in Cambodia, thereby contributing to the long-term development of Cambodia's economy.

Mrs. Buth Kerady, CEO of Cambodia Securities Plc, expressed her gratitude for the warm reception from the HGCC in Cambodia and introduced Cambodia Securities Plc., and the multiple services it can provide to enterprises as a comprehensive brokerage.

Cambodia Securities Plc noted that the Cambodian economy is currently growing rapidly, which has enabled the capital market to develop swiftly. Enterprises should seize the opportunity provided by the capital market's growth and, in the current favorable policy environment, expand their financing channels, enhance their brand image, and improve corporate governance through listing to achieve stable long-term development.

During the discussions, the chamber leaders showed great interest in Cambodia's capital market, asking detailed questions about the requirements and standards for listing a company in Cambodia, including regulatory financial indicators, corporate structure and governance, and corporate disclosure.

This meeting strengthened mutual understanding between the HGCC in Cambodia and Cambodia Securities Plc. As one of the main drivers of Cambodia's capital market, Cambodia Securities Plc will continue to make unremitting efforts to promote the development of the Cambodian capital market, actively promoting and guiding high-quality enterprises to go public, thereby connecting more capital with relevant industries, supporting the long-term development of enterprises, and contributing to the prosperity of Cambodia's economy.
