Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Ms. Tiffany Ho is currently the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Cambodia Securities Plc  

As COO, Ms. Ho is responsible for overseeing the company’s daily operations and continuously optimizing business processes to ensure maximum efficiency.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Chihlee University of Technology and has accumulated over six years of corporate management experience in the Southeast Asia region.

Ms. Ho is a certified COO, recognized by the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC).  

MA MEYHUY (Ms. Kelly Ma)  

HEAD OF BOKERAGE DEPARTMENT   

Ms. Keely is the Brokerage Manager at Cambodia Securities Plc., where she excels in financial analysis and investment risk assessment. With a strong academic background, she holds a Master’s degree in Risk Management and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Finance, and Chinese. Her expertise in assessing and managing financial risks enables her to effectively navigate the complexities of the capital market.  

She has extensive experience in brokerage operations, contributing to the company’s efforts in providing sound investment strategies and services. She is dedicated to driving market success and ensuring clients achieve their financial goals, making her a key player in Cambodia Securities Plc.'s growth and success in the financial sector. 

Her diverse educational background and professional experience have made her an invaluable asset to the team, allowing her to support both individual and institutional clients in managing their investments with confidence

DALINE SOK

Head of Legal and Compliance Department

At Cambodia Securities Plc., Daline is a head of Legal and Compliance Department. She is primarily responsible for overseeing compliance within the company, and ensuring compliance with laws, regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures and maintaining the company’s legal and ethical integrity. She plays the major role of ensuring that the policy laid down by the company is strictly followed and adhered to by all department members, and that the messaging and the behavior of the organization reflect the rule and regulations of the company. Graduated from Montesquieu Bordeaux IV University , France with a master of economic

cooperation law and a bachelor of private and competitive law from Lumière Lyon 2 University, France, Daline is an experienced legal adviser, providing advices, due diligence of several companies intending going public through Initial Public Offering, M&A, liquidation and structuring services to clients in a range of industry sectors. She is particularly known for her deep knowledge in regulatory aspects in licensing, business registration, securities and financial sector.

A qualified compliance officer and head of securities representative recognized by the Securities Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (“SERC”), as well as a licensed agent for business registration designed by the Ministry of Commerce (“MOC”), Daline is an expert in securities sector with over 10 years of corporate finance experience with one of big licensed securities firms in Cambodia, including several years with big international law firms, trust company, central counterparty and listed companies.

CHIN HSUAN WEI (Mr. Wayne Chin)  

HEAD OF CIS BUSINESS  

Mr. Wayne is an accomplished professional in the finance and asset management sectors. He holds an MBA from the University of Illinois, USA, where he developed strong expertise in global business strategies and financial analysis.  

Wayne has held numerous leadership roles across prestigious financial institutions. He most recently served as Vice President of Product Marketing at Titan Stone Asset Management, overseeing product development and market analysis. Prior to that, he was Executive Director at BOA Global Asset Management, managing investment portfolios and key client relationships. At Dawn Light Asset Management, Wayne served as Director, guiding strategic investment decisions and expanding asset growth. Earlier in his career, he led the Investment and Trading Department at First Worldsec, managing investment strategies and trading operations.

Wayne also held the position of Deputy Head of Investment at FSC Asia Investment Ltd., focusing on portfolio management and market research. His extensive experience and leadership have enabled him to excel in navigating complex market environments and driving business growth.

WANG FU YAN (Ms. April Wang)

HEAD OF BRANDING  

Ms. April is an experienced Branding Manager with over seven years of expertise in the media industry. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Economics, she has developed a strong foundation in strategic brand management and event planning.

She has served as the chief editor for media outlets such as ”TNAOT" and ”58cam.com," which gave her deep insights into the local market and honed her unique skills in managing media relations and communication.  

Ms. April’s ability to craft effective branding strategies and organize impactful events has made her a key player in enhancing brand visibility and engagement. Her diverse experience allows her to bring valuable insights to the evolving media and branding sectors.
